What type of diesel engine is it for 1GBJP37J9D3312925 1983 Heritage RV Model D-272 ID.

This motor home could be a 1984 since it was built in May 1983.Also I would greatly appreciate knowing the transmission specs. It was manufactured by the Chevrolet Motor Division.I would greatly appreciate any assistance. It was manufactured by the Heritage R.V.Ltd in Granger,Indiana. Thanks a lot. Vitas

I ran a search for that VIN on carfax. The info that came back was on that it is a 6.2 L, V-8 FI OHV. It doesn't say if it is diesel or gasoline. I hope this helps somewhat, even though it wasn't as timely as you would have hoped. John D.
