Is there a way to fix bubbles in your rubber roof? I hace ask around but have not gotten an answer

ARE THE BUBBLES ON THE SEAMS WHERE THE ROOF JOINTS ARE ABOUT EVERY 4 FT THAT GO ACROSS THE WIDTH OF THE UNIT,IF SO THATS NORMAL.
