Kathy Sinniger, Most all manufacturers of RVs get their parts from vendors. In the case of window cranks most RV manufacturers use Strybuc. There are different configurations, i.e. Operator Window Sill Left Hand, Operator Window Sill, Right Hand, Metal or Plastic Handles and different extensions. Most RV Dealerships or Camping World locations could order them for you from their parts supplier. I hope this helps ~ Giovanni
