Have you seen this one before?

On a 1999 Fleetwood Prowler T/T, I get AC power, but suddenly no DC power thru shore connection only, and the 1 year old batteries are not recharging. I do get DC power through the truck connection and the batteries do recharge. I thought the culprit would be the main fridge circuit board and replaced it, but the problem remains. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
