can anyone tell me on a 72 airstream sovereign 31ft has surg brakes or elic? it has a 7 pin plug but a wire going back in the tung also?

It should have electric brakes. The wire going back to the coupler should be the ground wire. If it had Surge brakes you should see a knuckle joint and master cylinder mounted on the coupler. I hope this helps ~ Giovanni
